That’s why its vital you don’t set unrealistic expectations.
Yes you should set a big goal.
But your timeline has to reflect that goal.
Your focus should be more long term.
Don’t focus only on losing the weight, but also focus on keeping the weight off for the rest of your life.
Small Changes Equal Big Results
The great thing about losing weight is that it is not as difficult as some would have you to believe.
As long as you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight.
So at a very basic level, weight loss is nothing more than a numbers game.
In order to burn more calories than you consume you must create a calorie deficit.
This can be done by making a few small changes to your current lifestyle.
For example, if you are a big soda drinker, start cutting back on the number of sodas you drink on a daily basis.
This alone could save you hundreds of calories a week.
You should also start drinking more water.
Water has a ton of benefits, one being its ability to help you lose weight.

And since water has zero calories you never have to worry about it ruining your diet.
We recommend you drink at least a gallon of water everyday.

You should also start working out on a regular basis.
Start by doing a brisk 20 minute walk 3-4 times a week.
It might not seem like much, but those 20 minutes will do wonders for your waistline and your overall health.
As you get stronger you can work your way up to 30 minutes.
